Here is your chance to hear from folks who are involved in making alternative transportation more prominent in Greensboro…biking, walking, busing, scooting, carpooling. Not only will you learn how to engage in other transportation yourself and hear about projects in the works, but you’ll also meet cool people.

This is our 2nd “Evening of Wellbeing,” (EOW) a casual gathering of former/current clients, cool people we know, or their friends! People will speak to what’s happening with new and current community garden projects and local foods in G’boro. We’ll let you know how you can get involved or just support the efforts! Individuals from Elsewhere Artist Collective, Food Not Bombs, Global to Greensboro, Urban Harvest, Deep Roots Market, and Glenwood Community Garden will all be there.

Here’s why you should come:

  • It is a simple way SHC can bring people together that are wanting to live healthier and participate in the Greensboro community.
  • There will be local strawberry smoothies and tasty snacks.
  • It’s a great way stir up your week with just stopping by on your way home from work. Bring a friend or co-worker!
