SHC offers a variety of packages to best meet the needs of our clients. While the most common packages are listed below, a package can be created to meet your unique needs. HEALTH COUNSELING
Miriam’s most popular program are the 3 and 6 month programs for individual counseling. There are 3 different packages available to accommodate various budgets and needs. This model provides you with individual attention to your specific focus and allows you to go a little deeper in your work with Miriam. These programs range from $150-$300 a month.
Group Counseling
Groups for 4-10 individuals, meet for 3, 4 or 6 months at a time. These programs are a great way for individuals who have a common focus like being a single mom, a working professional, or eating on a budget to come together. The group structure allows you to receive support not only from Miriam as the counselor, but also from the other participants. The group counseling package incorporates cooking classes into the sessions. This is a more affordable option than individual counseling for some people and is often a stepping stone before working individually with Miriam. These programs range from $50-$100 a month per person.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Kammaleathahh offers a variety of therapeutic services. Pre-paid massage packages of five sessions and ten sessions are also offered.

Off-Site Massage
In addition to massage in the office Kammaleathahh also offers off-site outcall massage to those who enjoy massage in their home or for those unable to travel to the office.
