Spring Greens Cooking Class

TIME: 1pm – 3pm
COST: $20/person, $35/you & another person
WHAT: Spring is a time for growth and cleansing. Greens are a great addition to any diet and they are particularly helpful for adding in vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. This class will be helpful if you think you don’t like greens but need more nutrition in your diet or you eat greens all the time and just want some new ways to eat them. RSVP to Miriam.
